Well… Hi…

My name is Kimberley I’m 24 and this blogging thing is new to me but I have been meaning to start for a while. I have loosely used blogger before to back up some university projects I was working on but never to document a “Proper Blog”.

I guess I should start by putting my best foot forward by telling the whole truth and nothing but. I’m not a typical Essex girl but I do enjoy fashion, hair and makeup. I’m overweight, starting a new diet and have plans this year that I want to slim down for. I am a trained Jeweller, am just starting my own business and also work in a bar too. I love to read and would love to write a book but I definitely don’t have the knack to do that! I am a Harry Potter fan but not Lord of the rings or Game of Thrones…. sorry!

Although I’m from Essex, I did live in London for a couple of years when I was young. I also went to University in London and am always in the Capital either for supplies for my jewellery business or with my boyfriend on a vintage shopping spree or in some funky cocktail bar or restaurant. Did I mention my boyfriend is a chef? Proper foodies we are.

We are also big fans of music, from Bowie to The Beatles to Blaenavon ( look them up). We love going to intimate gigs and music festivals. This will be the 3rd year running we have gone to The Great Escape. Perfect for finding new up and coming bands and artists and also a great weekend away in Brighton! It will also be my first time to Glastonbury this year which I am very much looking forward to.

As for the name of my blog… I have multicoloured/ rainbow / pastel hair which I am sure ill show you soon. I am keen on travelling the globe so I aim to document my finds and hope to find others I can find tips and great places to go to also! Although travelling is my passion, I don’t get as much time to go on these trips as I’d like so ill also be blogging about my other interests too. This is my first go at blogging so I’m sure it won’t be perfect but it would be great to get some feedback!
